FaceTime-video calling is an excellent free stay in touch with family and friends all over the world. Even if loved ones are far away, it is very comfortable to see their faces. But did you know that FaceTime apple can also make traditional voice calls? If FaceTime makes a call via WiFi or a data connection and your iPhone subscription limits the duration of the call, this is a good choice.
Calls are made over the internet, so if you’re calling someone in another country, you don’t need to worry about high call costs. In addition, FaceTime uses high definition sound, so call quality is richer than normal phone signals.
This service is also available on Mac desktops and laptops, but there are differences. So there is another article that explains
how to use FaceTime apple on Mac and also explains if FaceTime can be used safely.
How to set FaceTime
- First, make sure you have everything you need.
- Internet connection via WiFi or cellular network. Remember that in the latter case, you are devouring the balance of data.
- Integrated or connected camera and microphone. This isn’t a problem unless the other party’s old Mac mini or Mac doesn’t have a FaceTime apple
- If you want someone to take your photo during a call, press the switch with this tag (because it’s green).
You may need to log in with your Apple ID. This is the general email address and password you use to purchase at the App Store.
If you made or received a call, the app will display a list of people. If there’s nothing on the list, it doesn’t matter.
You can tap the camera to start a video call or tap on the phone icon to start a voice call only (FaceTime audio details below).
When the handset answers the call, the device displays “Connected”.
You can also switch to FaceTime apple calls when you make regular calls.
Make a FaceTime apple voice call
One aspect of FaceTime that is easy to ignore is the audio function. It almost works like a video, but you don’t have to worry about the best performance (or focus on the person you can call).
FaceTime apple is a convenient way to extend talk time for audio or turn your iPod touch into a mini iPhone. In other words, you can make standard calls on the iPad.
You don’t even need to know someone’s phone number to make the call because the recipient can use the email address instead of FaceTime unless the feature is selected.
All conversations take place via the internet, so of course, you have to keep in touch. Also, keep in mind that if your data plan limit, you should be careful enough when using 3G / 4G.
Assuming you can get in touch this way, you’ll see an item with a FaceTime camera and a phone icon. Clicking on the camera will initiate a video call and click on the phone will initiate a voice call.
